At lrskp, we take care in processing, packaging, and shipping each order. We aim to provide clear shipping information so customers can understand how orders are handled and what delivery timeframes to expect.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier delays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the lrskp online store and shipped to addresses within the United States.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If an order is placed with a shipping address outside the United States, we may be unable to process the order, or the order may be canceled and refunded after review.


2. Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States.

If additional shipping methods or expedited shipping options become available, any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Order processing may include:

  • Order review;
  • Item preparation;
  • Packaging;
  • Handover to the shipping carrier.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, inventory coordination, carrier service disruptions, or other operational conditions.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.

The estimated total delivery timeframe is:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = approximately 6–11 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.


5. Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is:

5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Orders placed and paid before 5:00 PM ET on a business day will generally begin processing from that business day where possible.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on weekends or public holidays, will generally begin processing on the next business day.


6. Shipping Carriers

Depending on the order destination, logistics availability, and carrier service conditions, we may use major shipping carriers or reliable third-party logistics providers, including:

  • USPS;
  • UPS;
  • FedEx;
  • DHL;
  • Other third-party logistics providers.

The specific carrier may vary by order and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


7. Tracking Information

A tracking number is usually provided within 2 business days after shipment confirmation.

8. Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

If you need to request a shipping address change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee address changes once order processing has begun or once the order has shipped.

If a package cannot be delivered because the address provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment.


9. Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses.

If you would like items delivered to more than one address, please place a separate order for each shipping destination.

While we aim to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframes listed above, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier service disruptions;
  • Severe weather;
  • U.S. public holidays;
  • High order volume during peak seasons;
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details;
  • Customs, security, or logistics network disruptions, where applicable;
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order experiences an unusual delay, you may contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with tracking and delivery updates.


11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, final delivery is managed by the carrier.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

  • Confirm that the shipping address is correct;
  • Check around your delivery location, mailbox, front desk, property office, or package locker;
  • Ask household members, neighbors, or building management;
  • Contact the carrier for delivery details.

If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or unusually delayed, please contact us. We will review the order and tracking information and make reasonable efforts to assist. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
