Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged to help prevent loss or damage during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

5. Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing after the returned item is received and inspected.

Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges through our online store.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original eligible item and placing a new order separately.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
